Featuring a soft touch cover, Immedia LeanOnMe Small Roll Positioning Cushion can be adjusted and shaped precisely to meet individual user needs. With a simple shake allows the filling to become fuller in some areas and thinner in others, it can be used in a multitude of positions to support the head, back, legs and arms. The removable cover is quick and easy to machine wash and tumble dry.

LeanOnMe multipurpose positioning cushions offer users stable support, whilst making frequent repositioning easier for their caregivers too. Highly effective, the cushions reinforce proper positioning, provide even weight distribution, and contribute to a significant reduction in friction and shearing forces.

A soft and breathable surface makes them exceptionally comfortable to lean on. The cushion filling has a texture resembling dry sand, allowing the limbs to sink into it and remain in the desired position. All materials are designed to keep noise to a minimum, meaning these cushions are ideal for users with sound sensitivities.

Materials: Cover – 75% Lyocell (Tencel™ + Smartcel™ sensitive), 25% Modal (Tencel™). 100% polyester filling and polyurethane membrane.

Cushion filing – granulated residual polyurethane foam, EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) beans.

Inner cushion cover- 50% cotton, 50% polyester

Care Instructions: Recommended to wash the product before use. Remove inner cushion before washing. Machine wash cover at up to 80°c and tumble dry on a low heat setting up to 60°c. Do not use fabric softener. Do not iron. Shake thoroughly after drying.

Delivery

Delivery will take place via Royal Mail, courier or the postal method deemed most suitable for the weight, size and nature of the product. Delivery will take place as soon as is practical to the UK address specified in your order. Please note: Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, offshore islands and some remote areas of Great Britain are not covered by our Delivery Cost. We may be able to arrange delivery to such areas at an additional postage cost. Please contact us for details. Under normal circumstances orders received before 2pm, Monday – Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders will be generally be despatched between 1 – 7 business days. All risk in the products(s) you order (including risk of loss and/or damage to the goods) shall pass to you when they are delivered to the delivery address specified in your order. Nordic Care reserves the right to cancel an order where; the products(s) are unavailable, where there has been a product, description, price or other information error, or for any other reason that we deem necessary and/or appropriate in the circumstances.

Notice of damage, defect, non delivery

You should check all products you receive against your order. If the products you receive are damaged or incorrectly supplied on delivery then you must inform us (by phone or email) within 3 days of your delivery. Where a courier wants you to sign for damaged goods, please write a note that they are damaged or “Awaiting inspection”. Please include your order number, delivery note number, contact details and product details on any correspondence or in any communication. We reserve the right to inspect any product reported as faulty before refund or replacement. We will arrange collection of the item or, we will ask you to provide the product details (serial No if applicable) and supply images for the purpose of confirming any fault. The company will not be liable for any defect in the product(s) arising from fair wear and tear, wilful damage, accident, negligence or use other than that intended. Refunds cannot be processed if the fault has been caused, created or is a result of misuse. In the event of a parcel going missing, we will not dispatch a replacement item, or offer a full refund until a claim has been accepted and processed by Royal Mail or courier. This process usually takes 21 days, but may be longer. In the event of damage or breakage, Nordic Care Services may ask you to provide product details and supply images for the purpose of making a claim.

Nordic Care Services accept no responsibility:

Where proof of delivery has indicated that a ‘you were out’ card has been left by the Courier/ Royal Mail (or similar) and you have subsequently not made contact or collected the item. If we have sent an item out to an address that you have provided that was incorrect, we will not refund, exchange or credit your item.

We use different services, depending on your location, to deliver your orders. Most orders are delivered by APC Overnight. For orders to the Channel Islands, a tracked Royal Mail service is normally used.

If you would like the courier to leave your package in a safe space or with a neighbour, please write a message in the comments box at checkout so we can pass on your instructions to the courier. APC Overnight deliveries are made between 8am and 5pm Monday to Friday. If you aren’t in when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card and you can rearrange delivery at a convenient time.

You can enter separate billing and shipping addresses, so can choose exactly where you want your order delivered.

We try to dispatch all orders on the same day they are received (stock dependent). Mainland UK orders are dispatched for delivery the next working day by APC Overnight if they are received before 1pm Monday to Thursday – orders received by 1pm on Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Northern Ireland deliveries by APC Overnight usually take around 3 working days. Royal Mail deliveries to The Channel Islands can take between 2-5 working days. Please note that while most deliveries do arrive in the estimated period, from time to time there can be delays which are beyond our control.

You will receive a ‘shipped’ email once your order has been packed which will have a tracking number for you to check on the status of your delivery. Our couriers deliver most orders on time, but occasionally some orders might be a bit delayed for reasons out of our control.
