Returning Your Goods
If you choose to return any product(s) to us, you must do so within 14 days of notifying Nordic Care Services of cancellation.
You are under a duty to return the product(s) which must be in perfect condition, in the original undamaged packaging with all included literature.
You need to take reasonable care when returning an order to us as you will need to both pay for and be responsible for the return. Nordic Care Services are not responsible for any loss or damage to returned product(s) in transit. We recommend that you obtain and keep a certificate or proof of posting. If products returned directly by you are lost or damaged in transit, we reserve the right not to refund any amounts attributable to such loss or damage.
If you are returning items please notify us by filling out the form below. You will be provided with a returns authorisation number once we have responded to your returns request.
Any product(s) that are returned without a returns authorisation number may take longer to process. Please include your returns authorisation number, original order number, your address and a contact telephone number within the package of the returned item/s and the reason for returning the product(s) to:

Refunds
On receipt of the returned goods Nordic Care will reimburse you within 14 days. Any delivery charge will be included in your refund. Please note the delivery charge refund will be to the value of Standard Delivery Cost.
Any refunds given by us will be made to the debit/credit card account or PayPal Account (as applicable) provided when you placed your order. Returned product(s) should be unused, as new and must be in the original undamaged packaging with any enclosed documentation.
You must take reasonable care of the product(s) while in your possession and we reserve the right to reduce the value of the refund if returned goods show evidence of use beyond the handling necessary to see whether the goods are as expected.
